Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of CorStruct, an operations platform that helps construction teams organize projects, people, tasks, communications, documents, and financial information.

Effective date: 28 August 2026 Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Xcorre Private Limited, operating the CorStruct project (“CorStruct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you access or use the CorStruct websites, applications, application programming interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, connecting an integration, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” includes the organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. The CorStruct Service

CorStruct provides a workspace for construction operations. Depending on your plan, configuration, permissions, and connected services, features may include:

  • project workspaces, timelines, tasks, reminders, and follow-ups;
  • team accounts, roles, connected-app permissions, and financial visibility controls;
  • documents, communications, invoices, and synchronized operational records;
  • read-only data imports from supported third-party services; and
  • AI-assisted summaries, suggestions, classifications, reminders, and draft content.

Features may differ between accounts and may change as the Service develops. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, the Service is not a system of record for accounting, legal, safety, regulatory, payroll, or emergency-response purposes.

3. Accounts, organizations, and eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and must use the Service for lawful business purposes. The Service is not directed to children.

3.2 Account information

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.

3.3 Organization owners and assistants

An organization owner may invite team members, assign roles, control connected-app permissions, and determine whether assistants can view financial data. Organization owners are responsible for managing those permissions and for ensuring that invited users are authorized to access organization data.

4. Customer Data

“Customer Data” means information, files, messages, records, credentials, and other content that you or your authorized users submit to the Service or authorize the Service to retrieve from a third party.

As between you and CorStruct, you retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, and lawful bases required to provide Customer Data to us and to direct us to process it. This includes data concerning employees, contractors, customers, vendors, communications participants, and users of connected services.

Our collection and handling of personal information is also described in the CorStruct Privacy Policy, available at https://corstruct.app/privacy.html.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service may connect with third-party products such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Dropbox, WhatsApp Business, and other supported services. Integrations are optional and require authorization by you or an authorized organization owner.

Current integrations may import information such as Gmail messages, Calendar events, Drive files, Sheets data, accounting records, documents, and inbound business messages. Some integrations are designed for read-only ingestion, but the scope and behavior of each connection are shown during authorization and may evolve.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, changes, or acts. You authorize us to exchange Customer Data with a connected service as needed to provide the integration. You may disconnect supported integrations through the Service. Disconnecting an integration stops future authorized synchronization, but it does not necessarily delete information previously imported into CorStruct.

  • Disconnecting Google Workspace removes the locally stored authorization credentials and synchronized Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Sheets records from the primary application tables.
  • Disconnecting QuickBooks removes locally stored authorization credentials and stops future synchronization, but previously imported accounting records may remain.
  • Disconnecting Dropbox removes locally stored authorization credentials and stops future synchronization, but synchronized metadata and stored file copies may remain.
  • Disconnecting WhatsApp removes the linked session and stops future ingestion, but previously imported communications may remain.

6. AI-assisted features and human review

Certain versions of CorStruct may provide automatically or machine-generated summaries, confidence indicators, suggestions, reminders, classifications, and draft follow-ups. These outputs are provided to assist users and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. A confidence indicator is not a guarantee of accuracy.

You must review AI-assisted output before relying on it or sending, publishing, or acting on it. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on that output. Do not use AI-assisted output as a substitute for qualified professional judgment concerning construction safety, engineering, law, accounting, finance, employment, or regulatory compliance.

7. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not help another person to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or violate another person’s rights;
  • upload malware or interfere with the integrity, security, or operation of the Service;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or connected services;
  • circumvent access controls, usage limits, or organization permissions;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it;
  • use the Service to send spam, fraudulent communications, or unlawful surveillance;
  • submit content you do not have a right to process; or
  • use the Service for high-risk decisions without appropriate qualified human review.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action to protect users, third parties, and the Service.

8. Fees, billing, and taxes

If you purchase a paid plan, all applicable fees, subscription periods, usage limits, payment terms, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund terms will be stated in the applicable order form, checkout page, or separate written agreement.

9. Intellectual property

CorStruct and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or Customer Data.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service during the applicable subscription or authorized use period.

If you provide feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

10. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information that is identified as confidential or should reasonably be understood as confidential. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect that information and use it only to perform or exercise rights under these Terms.

Confidential information does not include information that is public through no breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received without a duty of confidentiality. A party may disclose confidential information when legally required after giving notice where permitted.

11. Availability, support, and changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security events, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features. If a material change substantially reduces the core functionality of a paid Service, any remedies will be those stated in your order form or separate written agreement.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account cancellation and data-export rights, if any, may depend on your plan or separate agreement. Following termination or disconnection, access and synchronization may cease, but Customer Data is not necessarily deleted automatically.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that may harm us, our users, or third parties. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that synchronized data, third-party data, AI-assisted output, financial information, communications, or project information will be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for validating critical information and maintaining appropriate source records, backups, controls, and professional oversight.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorStruct’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service and these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to CorStruct for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CorStruct and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Data, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms.

We will promptly notify you of an indemnified claim and reasonably cooperate in its defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault or imposes an obligation on us without our written consent.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least thirty days.

17. General terms

  • Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. If required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable order forms, and any signed agreement form the entire agreement concerning the Service.
  • Electronic communications. You consent to receive contractual and service communications electronically.
